Odaklio
Terms of Use
Last updated: August 16, 2026
These terms apply to every product used with an Odaklio account: Odaklio (web and mobile), Odaklio Study and Odaklio Read. By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the apps.
The Service
Odaklio is a family of apps that helps you measure and improve your focus, study and reading habits. The apps are free and contain no in-app purchases. We keep developing the service; features may change, be added or be removed over time.
Your Account
To create an account you must give a valid email address and be at least 13 years old. Your account is personal to you; keeping your password safe and taking responsibility for what happens under your account are yours. If you think your password has been compromised, change it immediately and tell us.
Content You Bring
You can add your own texts to Odaklio Read: text you copied, a file from your device, or an article fetched from a link. You confirm that content you add is yours or that you have the right to use it. That content stays yours; we process it only to show it to you and sync it across your devices. You are responsible for content that infringes someone else's copyright.
Acceptable Use
While using the apps you must not:
- Set up automated access that overloads the service or its infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer the app, try to obtain its source code, or bypass its security measures
- Try to reach another user's account or data
- Upload illegal content or use the service for an illegal purpose
- Resell the service without permission or offer it commercially on someone else's behalf
About Results
Odaklio Read measures your reading speed and offers evidence-based exercises. Each exercise states the research it rests on and what it does not claim. Even so, how much you gain varies from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. The app is an educational tool; it is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have a diagnosed reading difficulty, vision problem or attention condition, consult a professional.
Intellectual Property
The apps themselves, their interface, brand, built-in texts and exercise content belong to Odaklio and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works from them beyond your own personal use. Content you add yourself is not covered by this; it remains yours.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary outages can happen because of maintenance, infrastructure problems or causes outside our control. Odaklio Read's reading flow is designed to work offline; during an outage your data is safe on your device and syncs once the connection returns.
Termination
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. If you seriously breach these terms, we may suspend or close your account; where possible we will tell you beforehand.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. This limitation does not affect rights granted to you by consumer law that cannot be waived by contract.
Changes to These Terms
If we update these terms, we change the date on this page. If a change is significant, we will also tell you from inside the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes. If the consumer law of your own country grants you additional rights, these terms do not limit them.
